Millionaires Will Be Made!

I'd like to start by saying that I truly do empathize for those of you who have suffered financially during the last few months or even years(real estate/construction folks).
But the truth of the matter is while many have been feeling the strain of a shrinking economy there are those that are taking advantage of the situations they are presented with. Those of you that have that same entrepreneurial spirit can see that when a great opportunity is presenting itself, you will be the ones take advantage and to reap the rewards.

Did you know that there were more millionaires made during the Great Depression than any other time in our history. It's True

The reason I am writing this is because I want everyone to understand that while it is in their nature to become conservative while the economy fluctuates and to wait until the waves smooth out, many will lose out on an incredible chance of a lifetime.
Just remember that while the majority of the nation stops in their tracks with analysis paralysis trying to understand whats going on out there some of you will continue with your Dreams and Goals. It's those of you that understand what I mean when I say Millionaires Will Be Made.

Interesting Times (To say the least)

Well I had intended on expanding on myself some more for this blog but as many of you have noticed it pretty crazy out there. In the past week the stock market has seen the most incredible changes it has ever seen. The dow has been like a rollercoaster for the last 10 days and our govenment has been on the news more in the last 10 days then I have seen since the days of 9/11/01. Its pretty nerve racking to see whats going on. It's a good thing we learned about how to be smart with our money in grade school, junior high, and high school(Complete Sarcasm). Really its pretty disapointing that as young Americans our education system provides very little knowledge of our financial systems and how to manage your money. In fact, most of the the advertising we see here in the U.S.A. is contrary to solid money practices. You live and you learn. I can see an american future where the focus on financial education for America's youth is much stronger and receives much more support from our society. I for one saw and experienced the trend early on while working in Real Estate. Talk about a bellweather industry, once the housing collapsed the rest came tumbling down too. I hope anyone that reads this take note that the prospects for a booming economy are down the road a bit, but that in the meantime we spend some extra time improving ourselves financially through a solid financial education.Your Friend,Frank

A Brief Introduction

Well this is it, THE BEGINNING. I am pretty excited to have a manner to speake with you. So about me. hmmmmm. I was born in 1979 the days of Disco and Gas Guzzlers. Carter was president and my Irish American mom met my fresh off the airplane Costa Rican father. Well long story short I was born in Carbondale, Ill and lived there until I was 10. My parents both graduated from Southern Illinois University (go salukis) and we moved to Lawrence, Kansas
(go jayhawks). I have spent the last 20 years of my life here in lawrence. I am married to Whitney with a son Francisco. I attended Johnson County Community College and now own my own business where I work with entrepreneurs as a business coach and mentor. I love my business almost as much as I love motorcycles and airplanes. When I am not working I am typically riding motocross with my 4 Year old son. As a family we love concerts and spending time with friends and loved ones. We are avid Jayhawk Fans and believe that the world rotates around the University Of Kansas. lol Whitney is currently going to Cleveland Chiropractic in Kansas City to become a Chiropractor. Francisco is in Elementary School and he loves it. I know I am not really talking about my business but there is plenty of time for that. We love to travel as a family and see new places. We are curently planning on visiting San Marco Island in a few months for work. I am pretty open so although this is the end of this blog for today, It is not the end of my story. I have much more to say and even the occasional rambling. We to anyone who is reading I hope you come back to read more in the future.
